New Location! We have moved our annual conference to the Mystic Marriott Hotel and Spa in Groton, Connecticut. This new venue will allow us the capacity to register 500-600 attendees. The new location will also draw people from the nearby states.
Donations: We invite you to donate a basket/item to be raffled during Friday's Awards Luncheon which will give you the opportunity to be recognized and personally present your donated item. Participation in the conference also includes your listing in our program book and on our CAACE website. Please help us to make this an exciting exhibitor event!
Hotel Information: Hotel reservations can be made at a special conference rate ($129) by calling the Mystic Marriott at 866-449-7390 or by going onto their website at Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa >> Please mention the group code: EDUEDUA. Call before February 29, 2012 to receive the special rate of $129 for a single/double room (plus taxes, etc.)
Attractions/Events: There will be a fundraiser scholarship dinner on Wednesday evening from 5-7 p.m. at the hotel. Cost is $89 per person. Also, a free shuttle bus will be available on Thursday evening to the Mohegan Sun Casino.
Exhibit Set-up: The exhibit space will be available for set-up at 7AM on Thursday, March 29, 2012.
Exhibit Hours: Thursday - 8 AM to 4:30 PM; Friday - 8 AM to 3 PM

Exhibit Table Contract: In accordance with the terms of the contract stated herein, the organization below contracts for exhibit space and services offered by the 2012 CAACE Conference on a first-come, first-served basis.
